As I woke up from the dream I remembered I fell asleep before saying a prayer to protect myself and give thanks to God. Another way is, hearing something on the radio in a song or on the TV, many messages come through these means as a easier way to communicate. If all else fails, ask them to visit you in your dreams. Be patient as it may not happen overnight.
